Identify the bones and associated bony landmarks of the shoulder elements: sternum, clavicle, scapula, proximal humerus

Identify the extrinsic back muscles that move the scapula, and for each list attachments, actions, and nerve supply:

• Trapezius,

• Rhomboid major & minor

• Levator scapulae

Identify the scapulohumeral muscles, and for each list attachments, actions, and nerve supply:

• Deltoid,

• Supraspinatus

• Infraspinatus

• Teres major & miinor

• Subscapularis

Identify the rotator cuff muscles, and summarize their role in stabilizing the glenohumeral joint

Identify the boundaries and contents of named areas:

• Quadrangular space

• Triangular space

• Triangular interval

Discuss the motor and/or sensory deficits that may result from the following nerve lesions:

• Suprascapular n.

• Axillary n.

• Radial n.

• Upper subscapular n.

• Thoracodorsal n.

• Lower subscapular n.
